The Art Centre Basel conceptualises and manages travelling exhibitions and advises on all aspects of international exhibition marketing from all fields of art.
The core of Art Centre Basel's activities (with its team of three art historians and a philologist) consists of creating ideas for exhibition topics and then realizing and managing these exhibitions and placing them in two or more distinguished museums internationally.
All of our exhibitions are accompanied by a scholarly catalogue edited and produced also by Art Centre Basel.
The Art Centre Basel collaborates with leading museums in Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia and Australia. To-date, many self-conceived exhibitions have been sent on tour and we have a large palette of exciting exhibitions in preparation.
The general high standard of the Art Centre Basel programme also applies to the individual exhibits from renowned museums and private collectors.
